This handcrafted "Blackhabana" Panettone has a  soft well-waved dough with a delicious filling of dark chocolate cream and real Cuban rum. It is sweetened with natural Mananara vanilla from Madagascar, which is a Slow Food Presidium product. The natural leavening, starting with a mother yeast dough, and the 72 hours of patient craftsmanship, give the Panettone high softness and digestibility.
